At PANDION SERVICE, we provide comprehensive and first-class management services - primarily for discerning owners of high-quality property development projects.
We look after condominiums and, if required, manage special property as well as entire apartment blocks. If required, we can also take over the letting and brokerage of properties.

At all locations we offer places for compulsory and voluntary internships lasting at least 3 months. You will gain comprehensive insights into the diverse areas of activity in professional property management and find out where your strengths lie.
Training and studies
PANDION SERVICE provides training. Apprentices and dual students receive a strong and reliable practical partner placement with us. The preferred training location is Cologne, but Berlin and Munich are also possible. Our goal is always to take on young talent.
