Application process and onboarding
We are known for making quick, well-considered and clear decisions. But of course we are aware that applicants and candidates sometimes need a little more time to think about things. We understand that. We would be happy to arrange further rounds of discussions or individual visits to our branches if you wish.
Clearly structured application process
Onboarding at PANDION SERVICE
The first day at work
You will usually spend your first day at work at the branch where you will be working. You will start with a tour of the site and an introduction to your new colleagues, including an overview of the fields of activity and responsibilities.
- directly at the site
- tour and get to know the team
Individual training plans
The length and intensity of your training depends on your experience and knowledge. We do not have a standardized training plan because we want to address you individually. In the first few weeks, you and your new colleagues will develop an individual strategy for your training in processes, structures and area-specific activities. The whole team or an individually named colleague will regularly help with the training. In order to maintain the practical relevance, the training is generally carried out “on the job”. If you need special software for your tasks, you will of course receive the relevant training.
- individual training with the whole team
- basically “on the job”
- training
Onboarding event in Cologne
For many employees, the onboarding event in Cologne is the first major highlight of their career at PANDION. It gives you an overview of the entire group of companies. This day is all about the company culture and getting to know each other. Exchange and networking guaranteed.
- first career highlight
- overview of the entire group of companies
- networking
Open and transparent feedback
The probationary period is feedback time. We take plenty of time for regular communication with you. We want to know how you “arrive at the company”, what your expectations and well-being are and where the “sticking points” are for you. Open and transparent feedback is important to us throughout the entire probationary period so that we can assess the situation well at any time. This open and transparent communication naturally continues after the probationary period.
- plenty of time for feedback
- open and transparent communication
- even beyond the probationary period
A permanent “buddy” at your side
With a buddy at your side, the first few days will be even easier. That’s why you’ll be given a companion right from the start who you can ask any questions you have, whether they’re about technical or organizational issues. The buddy will help you find your way around the company and the respective location.
Where can I get work materials? Who can I talk to if…? How does it work with the printers? That’s exactly what your buddy is there for.
- permanent buddy at your side
- easier orientation in the company and at the location
